      Pros

      There are none I can think of.

      Cons

      Working long hours, including weekends. Working Most holidays including Easter. Extremely low pay. Taking time off is a sin and the Company does not care about employees well being. Due to corona virus we are stuck in our offices for 9 hours of the day. Time off is needed for mental health and depression. If you do not have enough PTO you absolutely cannot take anytime off. It’s pretty much a prison. I have never been so unhappy with a job in my life.

      Solid Culture. Great opportunity for growth. Can not say enough great things.

      Company has grown a lot, may have lost a little bit of the culture along the way.

      MG is really the best company. I love how they promote from within and have a sense of family.
