Great benefits, Most of the leadership is pleasant to work with, training is AMAZING, growth trajectory so far has been phenomenal.

Cons

Pay is not competitive to other companies of this size, upper management accepts feedback but does not do much with the feedback once it is received.

Depending on which community you work for I'd say this is a good company. Had no experience and they liked that.

Growth, education in sales, hard work pays off, works with you if you're worth it.

Cons

Hr sucks called them out on they're B's policies a few times and it was corrected.

Pros

Pay was excellent and there was a generous bonus package.

Cons

Training was next to non-existent. Every response to quests was "read the policy", which a physical copy was never provided. Resources from the corporate office were also limited as they were spread thin. Acquiring properties without expanding the corporate staff caused a lot of difficulties for on-site property staff.
