Extensive onboarding process, caring Superiors, customer centric approach, philanthropic, one on one training, Growth opportunities, amazing support system, team players. Amazing work/life balance!

Cons

Pay is below industry standard. Which was tolerable because of other benefits offered that have now been cut. Internal promotions are low-balled, and higher offers are made to outsiders.

No one really on your back as long as work gets done. Company outings. Great way to meet people. Staff that I work with are good, fun people that make work easy.

Cons

Sometimes work load gets a little hectic especially if your a man down.
