      The training provided will set you up for a very successful future with the company and will give you life tools to use in every day life (EQ training) as well as skills to carry on to your future positions. The culture this company provides is second to none! What a warm and welcoming company this is, from the very top executives to the on site management. This company is fun! This company is exciting! This company treats EVERYONE like they matter because this company knows we all matter!

      You get to zip around in a golf cart.

      Cons

      No training on company policies. No communication. No explanation of anything. You will be blamed for not doing something right after you ask how and are not told. No support from anyone.
