      Good pay, poor training, lack of resources

      Pros

      Pay was excellent and there was a generous bonus package.

      Cons

      Training was next to non-existent. Every response to quests was "read the policy", which a physical copy was never provided. Resources from the corporate office were also limited as they were spread thin. Acquiring properties without expanding the corporate staff caused a lot of difficulties for on-site property staff.

      You will learn that there are companies out there that have absolutely zero clue what can be accomplished in 8 hours with 2 hands

      Cons

      Be prepared to be assigned 30 hours of work a day with write ups upon not being able to finish
