Great training, great people, always will to help and feels like family, apartments are clean and they strive to make sure people have a nice place to live.

Cons

Resident customers can be very hard to work with. You have to get to know your residents on a personal level which can be a bit tricky.

management is shady and very unorganized. salary sucks. company don't care about their employees. company will take advantage of your skills and pay you almost minimum wage.
