Not much of a career path for office staff!. I have raised my hand on several occasions to try and move up and essentially always get put on the back burner it seems. I know we are all busy but I would love communication on how to get to where I want within my career. I love MG and the people I work with but am very disappointed with the lack of career path. It seems they would rather hirer someone from with-out the company that knows nothing of MG or its values and goals then promote from within it sadly., Very disappointing!. On the other hand I do see promotions from within for maintenance but unfortunately not so much for the office staff. When you promote from within, people see opportunity and become less likely to move around in their careers..
