- No synergy across the company as they operate in silos, don't like to share resources and don't have a decent PM processes or system
- low team moral due to lack of synergy, support, growth opportunities and turnover
- High burnout for PM's as they have to work across 3-5 projects and concerns/request for changes fall on deaf ears. Their view is making PM's billable to increase profits. Growth = more money and not building careers for its people, or even creating an equitable and diverse team
- Rather chose to outsource new talent than grow organically/prepare existing employees for leadership roles
- Not a place for young talent and ideas as leadership is old/set in their ways. Also very passive aggressive
