The REAL MGAC - Tired of Glassdoor being a soundboard for disgruntled people!

Pros

A company that rewards hard work but is not going to hold your hand all day. Entrepreneurial people are rewarded. MGAC will support you in training, chasing work and looking for opportunities for yourself and the company. Cool projects. Flexible workplace and hours but driven by the clients needs. Fun family orientated people.

Cons

Of course there are con's like any company but nothing big. There is politics and i am sure some unhappy people but you make of it what you can. If you sit back and just wait for work and have little drive its probably not the place for you. Overall (and i have worked for several companies) i enjoy going to work Monday as much as i would ever enjoy going to work!

Pros

MGAC has been a great place to work because of the dedicated employees, flexibility and the broad range of projects you are able to learn from. Their expertise has propelled them to be a top 3rd party PM firm nationwide.

Every employer has some areas you wish you could change however I’ve experienced many different employers in this field and can’t say much negative
