If you work overtime, do not expect a work life balance. Extremely fast paced Spread thin No retirement plan Little to no bonus Difficult to work with field crews Management has little to no experience Reconsider working here if you do not have thick skin This company along with its implemented processes is unscalable Unorganized chaos with scheduling, project tracking, training, and financials.

-Great People -CEO/Owner very focused on the Core Values, and truly believes in the mission -Lots of chances to gain experience

Cons

-Training is essentially non-existent. Not general safety training, but job specific training. Expect to be thrown into the fire. -Who you know/are related to means a lot. -Expect to be thrown under the bus, expect to be lied to. -While the company's values are solid, much of the leadership fails to live by them.
