Pros

Always busy, always hiring with a high turnover rate.

Cons

They pay to come not to stay. Management is closed minded and “the good old boys” run everything in the area. The only way to move up is join the Masonic lodge.

Pros

Good team work, healthy relationship with coworkers. Remote work. Yearly bonus

Cons

They give you 3 weeks vacation when you start, even if you have previous experiences. It takes 10 years in house to increase to 4 weeks. You're not paid to be on call, only paid by working hours.

Plenty of overtime that is unlimited

Cons

Manager has no focus or business plan. MHIRJ is very reluctant to change. We do it this way because we always have.
