We offer a variety of benefits to part time and full time staff some starting as soon as your first day on the job, others with a waiting period 60-90 days after start. In addition, we offer various types of leave of absences for our staff. We do use the information provided on to work to improve the work life experience for our team members. Pay out if you reached your goals, great work culture, they do alot to show appreciation to their employees...

Cons

I went fulltime an transferred to a different department. I asked if there could be some type of work around school if needed be and they said there was no way, make it work. There was a vacation I had already had planned and paid for, I notified them as soon as I was transferred and they did not want to honor it even if I had the days taken out before transferring.
