      Great place to build a career

      Pros

      Mission - driven. Excellent colleagues. Excellent opportunities to learn and grow as a scientist, engineer, and communicator/leader.

      Cons

      Flat management structure offers little opportunity for title growth. More difficult than other environments to establish deep connections with industry and build broader network outside of DoD and National Security communities that can help create career and development opportunities.
