DO NOT join this company! The leadership are clueless how to lead and manage. Each one is sucking up to the next one as they are incompetent and cannot go elsewhere. I was underpaid. I negotiated a 40% salary increase when I left. This was the best decision I ever made. I have sharpened my skills even more and negotiating even better deals. If you join this company you will loose all your skills. Your department manager and other leadership do not care about you. They are just trying to make it to retirement. Many young people without meaningful projects. They are just providing Power Point presentations to customers which have zero value. If you speak put you will be moved off projects. Each manager and project leader is covering up for the other!
