Pros

They offer flexible work schedule for some employees.

Cons

Pay and promotion are not based on merit but rather who you know and for whom you do favors. There are many employees who don't do good work (and the government customers say this) but these employees are "protected." The recent struggles of the company are because of the nepotism and protection mindset; the government agencies are refusing to pay for the large overhead fees that fund the non-value-add employees. Benefits are being reduced every year. There is a push to eliminate experienced workers to reduce costs (to the detriment of providing value to government customers). There is limited focus on delivery of quality service to government customers. Used to be a good company but has really gone downhill recently.

Pros

Good people and meaningful work.

Cons

Unstable and erratic decision making from the c suite. CFO on a rampage - Counting badge swipes, reversing telework agreements, withholding promos until people come into office a certain amount of time per month, etc.
