Pros

Great work-life balance. Great private gym on site. Cafeteria ok.

Cons

Working with government can be incredibly frustrating. This is not MITRE's fault but a reality of the industry.

Thank you for your years of service and commitment as one of MITRE’s Lead Talent Advisors. Your position plays a significant role in MITRE’s ability to attract the world-class talent we are known for and for that we are ever appreciative of your efforts. We are proud to offer a competitive benefits and salary package that is inclusive of our flexible work model that fosters both in-person and digital opportunities for employees to connect with the added benefit of in-office and remote flexibility. Our program allows staff to flex their 80-hour pay-period time as needed with only 50% of their time required in an office setting. We are committed to consistently reviewing our employee programs and recently modernized our paid time off benefit providing increased time-off for our tenured staff and expanded our paid holidays for a total of 9, including 2 floating holidays per year that staff can use to celebrate any observance that is meaningful to them. We appreciate your candid feedback and will continue to strive for excellence in all we do. Thank you again for your dedication to MITRE and for being part of our team.

We deeply appreciate your feedback and take your perspectives on our management and rewards structure very seriously. At MITRE, we strive to have an employee awards and recognition program that acknowledges teams and individuals who are pushing themselves into new territory to deliver on our mission of solving problems for a safer world. With several different award types available for use, we demonstrate, in a tangible way, our appreciation for the commitment, effort and special accomplishments of our talented workforce. Each year we give out thousands of internal awards, and in addition, our company and staff are recognized externally with awards that highlight their impact – including from leading industry publications such as CIO.com, Cyber Defense Magazine, Enterprise Security Technology, and Military+Aerospace Electronics. In addition, in 2023, more than 70% of MITRE’s external awards highlighted our commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity with recognition for being a DEI Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion winner, and NACD DE&I winner, and a Military Times: Best for Vets Employer recipient.
