      The Mission, excellent coworkers, supportive department and division management.

      Cons

      Executive "Leadership", work/life imbalance, benefit reduction, below benchmark compensation, ignoring employee feedback, actively hindering productivity, decisions without data or justifications.

      - Great work life balance - Valance education - Decent benefits

      - Severely underpaid - People do not get back to you - Hard to find work within the company. Lot of people I know have no work.

      Pros

      Excellent colleagues at the worker level. Mission as stated is laudable and inspiring. Hybrid work, until the CEO changes his mind.....again.

      Cons

      The mission as stated is NOT the mission of the C-suite, specifically the CEO , or the Board. They are entirely focused on personal recognition rather than the good of the organization. Extreme disrespect and bullying goes on regularly. Either there is a complete lack of integrity across leadership, or they are all incredibly weak individuals. Zero accountability leads to negative management practices across the board. Due to massive fiscal irresponsibility many industry standard expectations of an R&D organization will be minimzed or disappear entirely due to cost cutting.
