      No longer values expertise as an FFRDC

      Pros

      Smart and talented people. Options for assigned offices.

      Cons

      Chaotic environment with changes almost every month. Those changes come with little transparency and are often communicated with annoyance and insults by the CEO. Does not take hostile workplace situations seriously and protects upper management while vilanizing the victims. Changes being made are at the expense of the more experienced and tenured employees. Most of the really experienced and talented people are leaving. Soon there wont be enough people with deep experience to carry out its mission as an FFRDC.

      Pros

      Retirement and health benefits are still good (for now).

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn't value employees that have stayed committed over the years. They took from our PTO and gave to new employees to be 'equitable'. Little opportunity for advancement. Reputation is fading fast.
