There is significant political maneuvering and incompetence in the organization. It is apparent that the company's senior leaders are generally more concerned with their personal agendas than actually leading the company in a productive and efficient manner. It is creating a toxic environment where talented employees' efforts and insights are undervalued and overlooked. Bureaucracy is rampant and simple solutions require navigating through layers of countless approval process with no streamlined governance which slows the progress but also makes it impossible for employees to make meaningful contributions or have their voices heard. There is an increase of exodus of talented employees caused by demoralization of a company hindered by its own leadership promoting toxic work environment.
