      Teams are superb friendly to work with and benefits to learn a lot of about them, not only just projects. They can share a lot of ideas with you and the team.

      Cons

      Could have pushed more various projects at the same time during my intern time.

      Pros

      Quality of Life is Job 1, Lack of good management means you are free to do what you want. If this is for you then this is your company. Retired while working is the motto.

      Cons

      They don't do any earth shattering work. Only get the simple problems -- though they advertise otherwise. It's a good ole boy shop so if you are not in the group, you don't go anywhere. They are always in a reorg. The past three CEO s have been untrained and unprepared for the job -- most of the VPs and SVPs are in the same boat. But they are in the gang. They don't follow their own rules. Lots of lip service but no action.
