The bare minimum pay Not paid for lunch hour, but told when you can go Not counting lunch hour as work time reduces total work hours per wk to 35 No room for advancement The dog eat dog atmosphere

Great benefits: medical, dental, PTO, free parking on site

Cons

Micromanagement, visits for nurses are being scheduled by someone else on a daily basis and being e-mailed to you 10 min before the end of business day; can't even schedule a personal appointment after business hours. Feels like this company owes you 5 days a week

Had a great vision initially, after working here for a while you realize how inefficient the organization is.

Cons

Functionally dysfunctional organization that manages to thread above water because of the individuals they employee, who continue to work there because of needed experience.
