Pros

There are many changes that take place in MLTC. This is the only company I would want to work for in this space. It is a wonderful place to work.

Cons

I honestly cant say there is a 'con' to working here. Every job has its things that are difficult to deal with. But MJHS is--by far--the best place I have ever worked. Many changes are pending in MLTC, so we will see how the company handles the changes--but as of now, this is my experience. That can all change of course.

- supportive supervisor and team - great work/life balance - working remotely 3 days a week - no micromanaging - takes employees feedback into consideration

Cons

Not really a con, but because we did recently move into a new office and the company is growing, I believe we are short staffed.
