Pros

The people that I work with. The atmosphere of my department, we do have a lot of fun. That is about all I can say unfortunately.

Cons

The pay. I am a Supervisor and there are coordinators (clerical) in other departments that make almost what I am making. Utterly ridiculous. What bothers me most, is the work my department does makes the majority of the money for the company yet we are paid the least. I suspect the positive reviews come from those that are being paid well. The "grunts" in the company have complained about the pay also and HR seems to just gloss over it and move on when it comes up in discussion at Town Hall Meetings. Communication is also horrendous. Every department seems to just want to live in its own world. They don't want to work with others to improve the workflow. I do not understand why they refuse to realize that we need to work together to make this company work.

Pros

Working with Mjhs has been a great learning experience. They always keep us informed of new home care guidelines. There is always someone to answer your questions.

Cons

So far I haven't had any great challenges because there is always someone to assist you or guide you in the right direction.

Pros

Good health insurance, 12 sick days 4 weeks vacation and 3 personal.

Cons

Supervisors make you feel disposable. They tells you to put up with the ridiculous workload because "You should be happy you still have a job." Nurses complain daily about the workload but managers and supervisors don't care because they don't have to do it themselves. Not sure who in HR or MJHS we can turn to or if they can even do anything about it. Management is all about productivity and focuses on quantity instead of quality. Pre-COVID we were asked to see 12 patients a week for UAS, now we are asked to see about 30 and they hound us when we cannot meet productivity, when it is physically impossible. Management should understand that anything we are asked to do as a part of our job should count towards productivity including mandatory HR trainings.
