Operational changes can be difficult for all involved. The management team at Isabella gives a great deal of consideration to the impact of such changes and would never implement a change that would jeopardize the safety of our employees, visitors or residents. Thank you for expressing your concern. Mary McCarthy, AVP, HR

Pros

Friendly coworkers Free coffee Bathroom privileges Great benefits Good orientation Warm welcome on your first day Very friendly coworkers I’m reaching to meet the 20 word minimum

Cons

Unfortunately, they’re a ton. I’m an RN. No job we ever have is deemed “easy”. We are used to working hard, bending over backwards and supporting one another, This is not a company that provides a healthy environment for nurses to thrive. I’m speaking on CM area only. We were overworked, stressed out, disheartened. The membership for the insurance is much lower than other insurance companies but the levels of stress are way higher, purely due to disorganization. workflows are constantly changing. If membership increased, the company would fall in on itself. The amount of redundant work is appalling. Nurses work very late to stay afloat. It’s unacceptable and not healthy. Beware. The benefits are excellent and incomparable, but you won’t have time to use them. I hate being negative but this is what I lived through.
