Pros

Benefits are good that is only thing that keeps the employees going. MJHS is part of ElderPlan so reading through all the reviews are essential. All the employees are run by MJHS HR, there is no seperate HR for ElderPlan

Cons

Human Resources are not very proactive to what you have to say. Not very communicative and makes reckless decisions when letting employees go.

Great pay and good benefits.

Cons

Lots of bullying among nurses, particularly at ipu in the Bronx. High turnaround and poor job satisfaction.
