Access to a lot of software licenses Decent compensation Large professional network of technical experts

Cons

They spend billions on mergers and acquisitions but only gave a 1% merit increase without any reason. They acquire companies and just let people leave over time and don't replace them.

They promote from within whenever possible. The pay and benefits are above average for the area. There are a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and you're encouraged to do so.

Cons

Some systems are a little antiquated and could use updating. There are a lot of middle management layers that appear to exist with little justification.
