Relaxed Atmosphere, You get your own office (no cubicles), Great benefits package and paid vacation, Reasonable workload, Mostly fantastic people to work with.

Cons

Overpaid management, The entire company does a pretty terrible job at communicating changes and specific practices within the company. Can be very rough for new employees to follow specific procedure without much direction
