MMR Group's IT Department provides a relaxed, yet driven environment that rewards those that take initiative. There are many opportunities to identify and take ownership of issues that will benefit the company, and thereby allowing you to grow your capabilities. MMR takes good care of it's employees, with benefits that are hard to match.
Cons
The IT department is still growing and developing, which can be challenging if you need a highly structured work environment. The same corporate culture that rewards the self-starter can be a problem if you need a quiet 9 to 5.
