Pros

Awesome coworkers Many new trucks in the fleet Management is friendly and personable

Cons

New policies caused the loss of multiple great employees/providers Dispatched out of Ohio- dispatchers unaware of location or travel time (traffic), poor accountability for poor dispatching Company is strict on PROJECTED times, pickup, drop off, clear from call, even though the projected times are way off from reality/possibility HIGH call volume- especially during night shift; relatively no downtime Management/corporate does not care about employee wellbeing (physical/mental) Poor benefits Management prioritizes contract with INOVA over MMT employees Favoritism for certain employees over others Failure to take trucks out of service when they have mechanical issues- broken AC/heat, empty coolant, mud-like oil, low tires, broken windshields, ETC- which is illegal Instructing crews to go in service without all required equipment- also illegal

Pros

Wonderful crews and coworkers at the provider level

Cons

Providers are treated as the bottom of the ladder by positions that should work closely with them; providers also must keep informed on hiring pay levels to ensure they aren't falling below pay levels that starting employees receive; patients are referred to as customers, making it feel as though patients paying is more important than patient care; providers may be placed in situations where ethics are called into question for the purpose of fulfilling calls at any cost
