Pay is great compared to basically every EMT-B job in the area.

Cons

The pay is so high because they have an insane turnover rate because they overwork people.

it’s probably the best one i’ve worked at but the industry standard is horrendous

Cons

They make huge amounts of money and don’t treat their employees like it. there’s no benefit to working hard and you get payed the same no matter the quality.

Schedules are somewhat flexible and the variety of shifts is good. Pay is decent.

Cons

Mid level management is awful. They do not care about their people. No real training programs. Benefits are not great.
