      Pay is great. Company is great. Workload is manageable.

      Cons

      Coworkers. Toxic mentality of the coworkers. The coworkers smell of weed all the time. Complain all the time. Definitely a mindset of I want it all but don’t want to work for it group

      Internal politics matter more than standard of care

      Schedule was flexible, workload was industry topical, paycheck was consistent

      Cons

      Management acted like highschool cliques were the most reliable management technique and actively engaged in gossip about in employees. Federal regulation compliance was very picked and voicing concerns were dismissed and punished. Dispatch was treated as higher than trained providers and actively bullied crews.
