Pros

Pay is semi decent….but not for what you put up with daily

Cons

Have fun not eating or getting to breathe for 12 hours. You will be belittled 24/7 by “management” and dispatch and ran into the ground everyday. The physical workload they expect you to put up with with ZERO help is insane and the favoritism is disgusting. Need help or advice from a “team lead” or FTO? Don’t worry, they won’t answer or will hang up on you and tell you to “call someone else who cares.” Hope you’re prepared too, because you’ll be expected to take patients out of your scope of practice without so much as a lifepack to monitor them. The only way to succeed in this company is to literally **** someone, just ask all the managers, dispatchers and team leads.

Pros

Great company to work for. They were pretty accomodating

Cons

There aern't many cons that I can think of besides being moved to dispatch due to situations beyond my control.
