-amazing growth potential -pay is above all other companies in the area -every piece of equipment is brand new -the management team, from the supervisors up to the CEO, are down to earth people -you will never be bored here

Cons

If you are willing to work, they will let you. As a result, I find myself quite tired.

Midwest ambulance provides a great work environment. Everyone works together as a team and is willing to help one another. Everyone from the CEO to the newest supervisor has an open door policy. Ideas are listened to, and the working hours are flexible.

Cons

Cannot hire enough people fast enough to match their growth.
