      An organization that is truly focused on its most important asset, the people who work here. Midwest Medical has great managers who are passionate, driven and understand the importance of caring for the patients they serve every day. The management listens, actively spends time in the field with everyone and makes us all feel welcome. If you are looking for a company that is truly welcoming, has team spirit, a sense of family and is committed to its people, this is a great place. Great company, new equipment and great opportunity here in Cleveland!

      A much needed breath of fresh air for Cleveland EMS!

      Pros

      This is an awesome company that I would recommend to any EMS provider in the Cleveland area. There’s a lot of opportunities for different areas to work such as critical care transport, 911, MICUs etc. pay is awesome for this area and is pretty much one of the highest paying ems companies in the area. I feel like we’re a family and not just a number and the management here is awesome, they’re not afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty with you.

      Pros

      Great company culture everyone is positive and happy to be there. All the equipment is brand new and they utilize all of the newest technologies. Leadership is also good very approachable and down to earth. For example the CEO sits out in the community area and talks to everybody
