Pros

The coworkers are great, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Equipment is up to date and broken equipment is fixed quickly.

Cons

the management team can be unprofessional at times. Say they have a zero-tolerance policy but reflect it on the wrong workers. Dispatch is non-understanding of times, like prolonged transfer of care or waiting for paperwork. Can also be a fight to get a lunch break.
