Pros

Everyone is encouraged to have positive culture and compassion. Every staff treats patient very kind and most doctors have amazing personalities. Get a bonus at the end of the year which is nice for the holiday.

Cons

If you don't know Managers/Site Directors in a higher position to kiss up too, most likely you'll never move up in the ladder no matter how many years you have been with MNGI, Each year VPG goals gets more ridiculous. Make employees jump through hoops for an extra paycheck at the end of the year.

Pros

I genuinely enjoy my job, and all of my coworkers. I love that we all rotate (Endo front desk, clinic front desk, and CA), it keeps things from getting too repetitive. I enjoy rotating start and end times as well. I love that I have a set schedule of Monday through Friday, and always have weekends off, and we are done everyday by 530pm at the absolute latest, but usually end earlier than that. MNGI offers free college classes that are optional to expand your knowledge, and you are paid for them. They also offer college class reimbursements every year. They contribute to your retirement plan. The providers, managers and the rest of the staff are all welcoming, inviting and they care. They offer great paid time off benefits, and are very good about giving approving the time off that you request, and are very flexible and can work with you if you need extra time off or have something suddenly come up. They offer competitive wages. I have only been there for almost 3 years and had my salary increased 3 times for competitiveness or to compensate for inflation. MNGI listens to suggestions by employees and patients and will make changes where they can, creating a supportive and caring environment. Very maintained and clean environment throughout entire building. Safety is taken very seriously. Innovative company. They promote moving current employees up in the company. There are opportunities for advancements in your career. Paid holidays and a paid personal floating holiday. A generous chunk of time off rolls over if you have leftover PTO at the end of the year. You get to pick 2 pairs of free scrubs when hired, along with scrub reimbursements that you get access to every year. In depth training which facilitates confidence in your new position. The preceptors are very friendly, patient and thorough, so you always feel supported and you don't ever feel like you're just being tossed in to a new position. Employee and employee spouse discounts offered for procedures. They give little gifts of appreciation which I think is so sweet. They have fun activities you can participate in and win giftcards.

Cons

I don't always feel supported or encouraged when coming up with thoughts or ideas. Occasionally, newly hired employees without experience may receive a higher salary than current employees with the same position. Wish there were some more opportunities for advancement in the company for specific job positions. I sometimes hesitate to approach my manager with questions and inquiries due to perceived irritation or coming off as too busy.
