My co-workers were truly the only redeeming part of my experience here. Learned a lot about what I deserve from an employer. I was gaslit to feel like my standards were too high reaching for my job. I want to be clear: MNGI has money. A lot of it. Enough where it could pay its workers to actually have living wages in Minneapolis. They choose not to.

Cons

This isn't even worth my energy. If you're reading this and considering working here, please don't.

Opportunities to enroll in 1- 2 day college certification programs outside of work that substituted for office hours, personal acknowledgment and ovation given during team meetings for team members who exceeded weekly company goals.

Cons

Being micromanaged, experiencing burnout, encountering passive-aggressive behaviors, and earning lower wages.
