Nice co-workers, education benefits are great.

Cons

Administration is blind to abusive and ineffectiveness of management to lead wisely and humbly. Egos rule and ruin the lowly worker's efforts to do their job. You'll need to take some mental health days if you work in the EMRT area.

Great co workers and community environment. Immersive health care experience.

Cons

The management doesn't actually make decisions. Assistant managers are basically a middle man and never make official decisions, they are merely the liaison between the directors and other employees.

The turn over rate was way to high, we barely knew each other in the department, management also picked favorites.
