Prior to new management, it was a good place to work with a collaborative approach. Also, the facilities were all relatively nice so you knew money was being spent on them.

Cons

If you are not white or Christian, they will find a way to get rid of you, despite your performance or positive reviews. If you fit into these categories, it is likely you will enjoy your time there.

Great co workers and community environment. Immersive health care experience.

Cons

The management doesn't actually make decisions. Assistant managers are basically a middle man and never make official decisions, they are merely the liaison between the directors and other employees.
