I loved my co-workers and managers. Everyone got along really well. Management was very friendly and genuinely cares about you as a person.

They make you wait 6 months to move up within the company.

Management is willing to take risks in Operations and is largely open to feedback.

Cons

For a company of their size, senior management is far too disconnected from the work of most employees. Also no regard for work life balance (as a working mom).
