Great coworkers! I have learned so much from them. Challenging at times but in a beneficial way. It’s nice to interact with a variety of people.

Cons

Management needs to improve communication skills. Some emails sent to staff read as though a teenager typed them. A lot of slang words are used such as: dude, pals, amigos, “anyhoodle” and overuse of emojis. It comes across as unprofessional in my opinion. I would rate the communication as poor.

Our employees are occasionally required to float to other MNGI locations to meet patient care needs; however, we do offer compensation for any additional drive time and mileage, as well as a floating premium on top of their base pay. This approach is designed to help mitigate the inconvenience associated with floating to different locations.

Pros

It is one of the best places I have worked in terms of culture. We really do like each other and enjoy our jobs. Our site manager is amazing. Almost all the RNs are fantastic and hard working.

Cons

RN manager is not great and difficult to talk to. The job can get very monotonous as well, giving the same speech, same paperwork, same routine for every patient all day long. Also hard to move up in the company as there are so few positions and everyone is chasing after them.
