Pros

The company is growing fast and management is committed to everyone's success Management has lots of industry experience and can be flexible when needed Fro sales people they have a simple and straightforward commission plan where you get paid on real profit not a made up landed cost Good internal systems that were purpose built for the size of the company

Draw & commission numbers are laid out. No hidden charges or anything! Flexible with needing time off or leaving early Owner is very nice & understanding Great opportunity to make money Company outings Free food & 25 cent pops Nice facilities No dress code Good services division Work from home numbers are very obtainable Low Turnover rate No Micromanagement 100% spiffs
