Management cannot be trusted to abide by their promises. Helpdesk environment is hostile and degrading to employee morale. Only way to survive at this company is to be a personal friend of management staff. Rate of pay is also well below industry standard for Lombard where office is at. Company has fired 3 helpdesk staff in 2014 and has had multiple engineers quit and has not had any new engineers join company.

Every week someone is leaving - good quality people. They say oh these people can’t keep up and aren’t able to keep up with the speed. Not the case. The great people are leaving because some upper management goes unchecked being able to do whatever they want. The direction of this place keeps employees spinning in meetings and not enough high five or $30 gift cards are going to make a difference.
