Pros

None to speak of at this place

Cons

Despite many of the previous posts fabricated by MNJ to bolster appeal this company truly has many unhappy and miserable employees just keeping a job. Unless you are among the few successful sales people this is not for anyone unless of course you are FAMILY. The owners and the exclusive ONE manager boast about a positive work environment and culture while most everyone else clock in and clock out to get through the day they dread. The owners and ONE are tone deaf to their surroundings and the low morale of the employees. A few more good employees recently left and the whispers of why among the workforce drown out the true care and compassion of the owners and ONE. The owners and ONE talk a big game and yet in reality they are cunning and conniving on how to take more from sales and pad the bottom line of the company and their own pockets.

Pros

potential to make good money.

Cons

management lets you do what you want. no supervision. no goals. management won't help or isn't around to help with daily struggles and blames sales for company shortfalls. wednesday sales meetings are yell fests where management complains that everyone sales sucks, but they never actually insent people or put in rules. coworkers abuse the system. some people show up and do nothing for 6 hours and leave but never get fired. the best guys are leaving to work from home and never come in or left for a better job or are looking. most employees don't care that vendors think were a joke their only happy that they dont catch hell for having bad numbers. management want sales to have high level certs but must sales cant find the phone to call customers. the place is a joke. no managers. we have bosses but not sales managers. so no advancement. I make money so i'm here until the right offer comes but anyone who wants to start here should looks else where.

Lack of leadership

Business Outlook

Pros

No micromanagement. Tons of autonomy.

Cons

Commission plan is so-so when compared to similar resellers. Management provided little training or guidance for the core business (hardware) & instead focused on growing professional services which led to a number of AM's embarrassingly ill equipped with the most basic skills to build a relationship chasing deals that went nowhere. Senior AMs rarely got reassignments, leads or even a pat on the back. They recently started a presidents club trip after 10 years. Changed get rolled out and rolled back quickly - never feels like leadership commits to a path. Many of the services are poorly run and miss-scoped to the customer. I personally have lost accounts because the services team blew up the relationship. Insurance is terrible. nepotism is rampant. Managers are inexperienced and openly play favorites.
