      Pros

      Great coworkers and opportunities for some people. Games are pretty good.

      Cons

      Higher ups don’t know what they’re doing and treat people poorly. Long hours, constant crunch time, etc

      *culture has turned around and employees are listened to now. *company is no longer the wild west of indie development and process and pipelines are in place to avoid future crunch *the staff is very talented *new leadership and leads are giving employees the space to learn and grow. *setting better standards for reviews and compensation *bright future

      Cons

      *still some growing pains of shifting from a indie studio *management and staff still learning best practices *had to crunch do to a game being overscoped and too ambitious. (But it's done now)
