90% of the people you work with are great, Mod Pizza helps out a lot of people coming from work release. Management at most stores is wonderful and has helped the Seattle area stores for the better.

Cons

There is a lot of talk about sexual harassment from a few men across a lot of the Seattle area; the worst part is that it goes unchecked for months before anything is ever done about these people.
