It is a very simple job, you make pizzas and provide customer service. If you want to grow within the company, they will ensure they provide opportunities for this.

Cons

They often hire very young team members, leading to unnecessary drama and stress. Also, many inexperienced members. Normal things like callouts that you'd hear in a normal kitchen are not practiced whatsoever.

The training I received at MOD was very comprehensive with what was expected of me. My manager was very polite and patient with everyone and I felt adequately prepared for all aspects of the job.

Cons

Some of my supervisors were rude to me and other workers for no apparent reason.
