      AMAZING Environment, Great Experience

      Pros

      MOD had an amazing environment. Managers were very willing to work around your schedule, and were considerate of personal hardships. The work environment cultivated at MOD was fantastic, and it is an incredibly fun place to work with awesome co-workers.

      Cons

      The training was a little sink-or swim, and the schedule could sometimes be adjusted without notice (I was "late" to a shift I didn't know I had one day, as the schedule had changed after being posted.

      Pros

      It is hard to put into words but MOD is definitely the best place I've ever worked. The culture and work environment are exceptional. They treat you with respect, give you wings and help you grow. At MOD it is all about having Attitude with Gratitude. I am inspired and grateful every day to come to work and help build and market this company that truly does put people first.

      Cons

      I don't have much to say here. If you don't possess a certain level of "grit" don't bother applying!

      Pros

      Visible, accessible, and engaged leadership...even the very top executives. Personal expression and autonomy is encouraged and expected. Ideas are heard and given credence. The people are happy here, myself included...ten-fold! The rapid growth of the company makes it very exciting to be along for the ride.

      Cons

      I fear the weight I'll gain because of the great tasting food combined with my discount.
