Our core values provide us MOOsters with mechanisms for being successful in our roles within MOO, through thinking about sustainability, delivering delight, being human, watching the detail, imagining better and tackling things together. With the above in mind I have managed to enjoyably, successfully and gratefully move along a career path from data analyst to operations planning manager over the eleven wonderful years I have been lucky enough to follow MOO along its remarkable journey.

Cons

MOO is like any other growing transatlantic business and over the past 18 years the company has gone through enormous change, so naturally along the way it has stumbled and made mistakes, however, in the same way that MOOsters are enabled to fail safely and develop and learn from these stumbling blocks MOO has always done the same. All it requires is a little patience and kindness and things swing back around.

Great and flexible work-life balance. Transparent management team. Employee well being, recognition and rewards are priority. Benefits are outstanding. Respectful environment with great people.

Cons

MOO is still growing and rather quickly so there are some growing pains which is currently being addressed by management.
