Nothing is good too small organisation

Cons

Poor management, toxic work culture, leaders are lacking leadership knowledge, all the leaders probably should undergo trainings and then try to teach / dominate / judge others.

Pros

Great design and the importance of creative are championed from the top, which means there's a genuine appetite to deliver great experiences for customers.

Cons

Speed-to-market in getting product launches live was challenging and convoluted at times with too many stakeholders involved in sign-off but this may well have improved over time.
